Service Description

A perfect start to a Sunday in preparation for the week ahead. We will move through flow and postures to stretch and energise our bodies and minds. Focussing equally on energising, strengthening and restoring our bodies. Combining the breath and movement together brining balance to the nervous system. This class is suitable for all levels. Benefits of Slow and Strong Flow: Builds Strength: Helps build muscular strength and endurance. Improves Flexibility: Though the focus is on strength, slower movements allow for greater range of motion and flexibility over time. Increases Stability: Slower movements and longer holds help build better balance and stability, particularly in foundational poses like warrior poses or tree pose. Mental Clarity: The slower pace allows for a deeper connection between body and mind, fostering mindfulness and reducing stress. Develops Control: Encourages control and awareness over each movement, which enhances overall body awareness and proprioception.
