Service Description
20 % discount given to over 70's. Are you or maybe someone that you know looking for a more gentle yoga class? This new tuesday morning class will move a little more slowly. less emphasis will be given to sun salutations and more time given to connecting to a slow steady breath that will encourage you to to slow down, focus, release tension and move into postures with ease. This will be a slower paced class offering time and support for individual needs. We will move through a longer warm up to stretch and release tension in our bodies, whist also slowing down the breath and practicing conscious breath-work techniques to help regulate and bring calm to the nervous system. Moving into postures and balance for strength building and deep stretching, with the use of props for support. Each class will finish with supported restorative postures, and relaxation. This is a great pace of class for beginners and those returning to the mat after a break. No previous experience of yoga is required for this class, and everyone is welcome. Roz is happy to talk to anyone who may feel unsure about joining a class, and is confident that each and every person can benefit from Yoga.
