MONDAY 9.15am - MINDFUL FLOW WITH ROZ  (small studio) 

​​

In this smaller class there will be the opportunity for Roz to offer support and guidance to those who may be at the start of their yoga journey, or for those who may enjoy a slower paced class.
There will be focus on learning and practicing breathwork techniques to help calm and restore the nervous system.  
This weekly class is designed to offer a building block to help increase confidence. With a slow flow of movement and postures explored in more detail.
A lovely way to start your week, you will leave the class feeling stronger, restored and relaxed.

MONDAY MORNING 9.15AM - POWER YOGA WITH BEN

 

Start your week with Ben and an amazing power flow. Ben's classes are are a dynamic Vinyasa style incorporating plenty of movement and are suitable for all abilities from beginner to experienced Yogi.

 

This class is based on the ashtanga Primary Series. There will be sun salutations and postures from the Primary Series and also a play aspect, learning and integrating some of the more advanced postures and arm balances from the second series. 

 

This is a dynamic class which will strengthen your overall practice but with focussed time for play allowing you build and to ease your way into some of the more advanced postures. 

 

Taught by Ben, this is a very friendly and interactive class. Suitable for all levels, so come with a beginners mind, as there is always a starting point and this class will prepare and strengthen your body whatever level you are at.

 

 

MONDAY EVENING KUNDALINI GLOBAL YOGA SERIES - 7PM WITH SYLVIA

​

Join us on Monday evenings for a yoga class that included  flow and the Kundalini Global Series to strengthen our bodies and calm our minds. Using breath, posture, flow & meditation to revitalise and shift energy and restore ourselves to balance. This practice will encourage us into the present moment. By understanding how we can use these tools to manage our minds, we begin to calm our nervous systems.We gradually allow ourselves to be utterly present on our mat and in our practice. We become physically stronger, whilst cultivating a compassionate and gentle inner dialogue. 

​

This practice can help greatly with managing feelings of anxiety and stress as well as promote better sleep. You do not have to have had any yoga experience to come to these classes, however these classes are not suitable for pregnancy.

TUESDAY EVENING 7PM - YOGA FLOW WITH ROZ

 

The perfect wind down after a busy day and a pre cursor to improved sleep. Evening flow combines slow and focused movement, posture, balance and breath-work. Suitable for all abilities including those who are new to yoga or those who enjoy slowing things down and want to relax and stretch.

 

WEDNESDAY MORNING 9.15AM - YOGA FLOW WITH SYLVIA

 

Classes are structured around working with the elements. We use the breath, posture and movement, to strengthen and bring flexibility to our bodies, cultivating energy into our practice. Deepen your practice and connect to your body and mind through conscious breath and movement. Suitable for all levels.

WEDNESDAY 6PM - HATHA YOGA FLOW WITH LAURA

​

Expect to move through a mindful sequence of yoga poses (asana) and breath work (pranyama) to re connect body and mind and bring us back to ourselves. You’ll enjoy slower sun salutations with some longer holds, exploring poses with a focus on alignment. We’ll get stretchy and strong and turn inwards together, listening to what’s on the inside and connecting with breath. Always finishing with a satisfying relaxation so you’ll leave class feeling restored, calm, strong and grounded. 

 

Laura teaches a powerfully-blended style combining the precision of alignment from Iyengar yoga with the fluidity of movement from Ashtanga yoga to create a well-rounded and healthy practise for all levels of student.

 

THURSDAY 9.15AM - YOGA FLOW WITH ROZ 

 

During this vinyasa flow class you can expect soulful music, deep stretching, postures and balance, which combined will energise and build strength. Focus on breathwork and movement through flow create a moving meditation. Relaxation to finish. Suitable for all levels.

 

FRIDAY 9.15AM - STRENGTH YOGA FLOW WITH SYLVIA 

​

Flow yoga classes with meditation, breath-worth , strengthening and energising movement. We begin with movements to warm up the body, then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. These will include standing poses, balances, inversions and peak poses.

Restful relaxation to finish. 

 

SATURDAY 9AM - YOGA PILATES FUSION WITH JOE

 

Start your weekend with a beautiful fusion of yoga and Pilates. With focus on the breath and building core strength, stretching and energising the body and bringing balance to the mind. Joe combines postures from both hatha yoga and Pilates.

Suitable for all levels.

 

SUNDAY 9AM - SUNDAY FLOW  

 

A perfect start to a Sunday in preparation for the week ahead. We will move through flow and postures to stretch and energise our bodies and minds. Combining the breath and movement together brining balance to the nervous system. This class is suitable for all levels.
