During a class you can expect soulful music, deep stretching, a beautiful flow in which to energise and build strength. Focus on Prahna- breath and movement together to create a moving meditation. Then relaxation to finish. Roz teaches to beginners and experienced yogis alike and believes everyone can benefit from practicing yoga.

Laura

A veteran teacher, Laura has lived with yoga all her life. During her long career in front of the TV cameras Laura relied on a dedicated yoga practise to provide strength of body and spirit and calm of mind. After moving to the United States and studying with Jenny Aurthur through YogaWorks, Laura formalized her teaching with a 200hr certification in 2007.

Laura teaches a mindful class in the style of YogaWorks. This powerful blend combines the precision of alignment from Iyengar yoga with the fluidity of movement from Ashtanga yoga to create a well-rounded and healthy practise for all levels of student. Laura considers it a privilege to teach beginners and firmly believes even lifelong yogis benefit from “beginner’s mind”, an outlook that takes us off the mat and into the world. You will leave her class with a strong body, a calm mind and a happy heart!
