Mondays, 9.15am – Ashtanga Flow with Roz
A dynamic sequence based on the Ashtanga tradition, linking breath with movement to build strength, flexibility, and focus. Expect a flowing, energising practice that develops consistency and inner discipline.
Tuesdays, 6.30pm – Vinyasa Flow with Roz
This evening practice is about coming back — to breath, to movement, and to ourselves. With flowing sequences to strengthen, ground, breathe and move.
Thursdays, 6.30pm – All Levels Vinyasa Flow with Roz
A creative vinyasa class open to all levels. Expect flowing sequences that build strength, flexibility, and ease, with variations offered to suit your practice. Whether you’re newer to yoga or more experienced, this class is about moving with breath and finding balance in body and mind.
Fridays, 9.15am – Functional Vinyasa Flow with Sylvia
A dynamic practice blending vinyasa yoga with functional movement to build strength, stability, and mobility. Designed to support your body on and off the mat, leaving you feeling strong, open, and balanced.

Sundays, 9.15am – Technique Flow with Emma
A steady, grounding practice that combines strength-building with mindful pacing. Expect long holds, deep breath, and time to feel into each posture — perfect for resetting body and mind before the week ahead.Creative sequences and mindful flow for all levels.
