We love the opportunity to guide you through an extended event, workshop or day retreat, giving you the space and time to unwind, let go of tension and develop mind / body connection.
Private Yoga Classes
Would you like to develop your yoga practice, deepen and expand your breath-work, or do you think you might benefit from extra support with injuries and help with stress and anxiety. Maybe you prefer a private class space, or you are a beginner looking to learn the basics safely and mindfully before joining a timetabled class?

Our private yoga sessions offer a transformative hour on the mat with one of our friendly and experienced teachers. Sessions are held in our smaller studio at The Space.
